With these tools, we inspect and adjust every guitar to exacting specifications for easy playability and outstanding sound quality.
- Each guitar is inspected for quality and craftsmanship at multiple points in the process. Guitars that fail our pre-inspection in the shipping and receiving area do not even make it into our workshop.
- Each guitar is seasoned in a temperature and humidity controlled environment at standard tuning pitch for at least 8 days in order to settle the woods and prepare the instrument for our setup and adjustment process.
- Each guitar is adjusted to exacting specifications at every critical adjustment point, including the neck, the bridge saddle, and the nut.
This process makes our guitars some of the easiest, best sounding and enjoyable guitars to play and learn on.
